1. Development and implementation of projects exclusively using software software, operating systems, open source virtualization systems or distributed free of charge.

These principles allow the customer to significantly save project costs, since we do not use expensive and costly components (such as Windows operating systems, Oracle DBMS, MSSQL, VMware virtualization, Hyper-V, etc.).

Also, open source components are less susceptible to vulnerability attacks, since vulnerabilities are discovered quickly and are also quickly eliminated.

We offer our customers hardware and software systems operating on the basis of software of our development using auxiliary software and operating systems that are time-tested and very reliable.

2. Development "from scratch" of automated systems of a full cycle in the field of collection of fees for toll roads.

As we said earlier, one of our principles of work is the development of a project in a full cycle, which allows us to reduce the customer's costs for attracting additional resources, for the development of projects of upstream or downstream systems, as well as for integration interfaces.

Our employees took and are directly involved in the development of a hardware and software complex for a Russian-made toll collection system operating on federal highways in the Russian Federation. This system is a whole a set of hardware and software components selected and developed by our employees. The toll collection system is multi-level, consisting of at least 3 levels (the 3rd level is the central one). The charging system is universal, supports the whole a range of hardware components from different manufacturers and functionalities. Various payment methods are supported (cash, bank cards, DSRC-transponders, RFID-tags, NFC-cards (smart cards), payment by license plate, admission of special funds, etc.) and travel modes ("stop-and-go" (manual collection or using a payment machine), "non-stop" (travel without stopping using a DSRC transponder, RFID tag or license plate); freeflow " (free flow without a toll collection point; passage under the frame with equipment for fixing travel and payment by DSRC transponder, RFID tag or license plate).

3. Development of software for managing the signs of variable information automated traffic control system.

Our employees are directly involved in the development of a complex of an automated traffic control system (ATCS) on 2 federal highways in Russia. ASUDD consists of a whole range of hardware and software solutions, combined into one system, designed to regulate traffic flows on the roads, as well as to notify road users in advance about the condition of the road, weather conditions, the permissible speed and traffic conditions.

Our employees have designed and implemented a complex for managing controlled road signs (LDS) and dynamic information boards (DIT) of the ASUDD, developed integration interfaces for controlling the complex from the operator's workplace or from the module of automatic scenarios and the decision-making subsystem.

4. Development of an automated system for the classification of vehicles based on laser sensors.

In the complexes of the toll collection system, various vehicle classification systems are used. One of these systems was designed and built by our employees. The fail-safe vehicle classification system is built with reliable components and laser sensors. The system is flexible and can be used both on separate lanes and on the flow of vehicles on a multi-lane road. The reliability and correctness of the system was tested at speeds from 0 to 120 km / h.

The experience of building this system can be used to implement the customer's tasks related to a particular procedure for the classification and counting of vehicles.

5. Development of a complex for weight and dimensional control based on laser heads "Lidar" and piezoelectric sensors.

Our employees are actively working in the project of weight and dimensional control and classification of traffic flow while driving. The weight and dimensional control system is based on laser heads, working on the "Lidar" technology (detection and determination of range using light), induction loops (fixing the presence of a metal that has the properties of a magnet) and piezoelectric sensors, p allowing to determine the axle load, slope (number of wheels on the axle), number of vehicle axles. Our experience can help the client to solve such problems as:

  • Construction of a hardware-software complex for weight-dimensional control;
  • A complex of classification and assessment of the axle load of a vehicle in motion in various road conditions;
  • Building a system for monitoring vehicle dimensions and determining "overload";
  • Complex of classification, traffic counting and many other tasks.

6. Construction of an automated complex based on industrial programmable logic controllers.

When implementing projects related to the automation of industrial processes or transport telematics processes, we use only proven and time-tested reliable electronic components, computers, computers, as well as programmable logic controllers (PLC), which are an integral part of almost any automation.

We have successfully developed various software for PLCs and implemented it on our projects, which made it possible to solve the problems of a full cycle, that is, from the development of the project, circuits, installation and release of experimental and serial samples, before the development of software for all components of the implemented system.

7. Construction of hardware and software systems with fault tolerance operating in the mode "24/7" operating on the basis of industrial components (industrial computers, climatic cabinets, industrial sensors, ...).

In the implementation of industrial automation projects, we initially include in the project components that provide fault tolerance and the ability to operate the system in the "24/7" mode. To do this, we tested many hardware nodes and in our projects we use time-tested reliable equipment:

8. Development of web applications operating in online monitoring and control mode technological processes.

The implementation of industrial automation systems in production, transport and other areas today is unthinkable without control applications and applications of workstations that can operate on various platforms, incl. mobile. We are talking about web applications, of course. We have extensive experience in building online web applications that provide visualization and monitoring of technological processes, as well as the ability to fully manage these processes.
In particular, for the toll collection system, our employees have built a whole complex of web applications that allow you to manage both the toll collection point separately and the whole road as a whole.

For the needs of the customer, we can build monitoring and control of complex technological systems based on web applications:

  • Managing cashier workstations;
  • Management of systems for the provision and functioning of agricultural facilities (farms, greenhouses, etc.);

9. Development of automated workstations for operators of technological control processes .

In our projects, in addition to web applications, we develop and implement executable applications for automated operator workstations in an industrial computer operating system environment. In particular, we have developed a complex of automated workstation for the cashier operator of the toll collection system on the lane.

For the customer, we can consider various options for the implementation of ideas related to the management of technological processes, incl. payment processes using workplaces. Possible constructions:

  • Workstation of the cashier-operator;
  • Workstation of the operator of technological production lines;
  • Control of technological lines of production;
  • Workplace of the operator of the agricultural complex management system (farms, greenhouses, etc.).

10. Development of automated systems used in everyday life (systems such as "Smart House").

When implementing automation projects, we often deal with home automation of a house, apartment, apartment building. Such automation is usually called “Smart Home”. The main approaches to the implementation of such projects by us:

11. Development of a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management System) operating in management of toll roads, combining a central management complex the processes of charging fees at the facilities, as well as the client management subsystem (physical and legal entities), reporting management, personal account, financial audit processes.

A full cycle toll collection system requires a central level responsible for both the centralized management of toll points and for the relationship with road customers, users of electronic travel registration (EDS) such as DSRC transponder, RFID tag, contactless smart card (BSK).

Our employees are involved in a large CRM development project for a federal customer, the project includes the following modules:

  • module for managing toll points (tariffs, configurations, EDS lists, ...);
  • module for managing points of production and sales of EDS;
  • module of automated workstations for operators of points of production and sales of ESRP;
  • module for managing relationships with individuals and legal entities in terms of sales and service of the ESRP;
  • module for integration with the accounting system;
  • financial audit and monitoring module;
  • module of the client's personal account integrated with the customer's website;
  • module for generating and uploading reports.

12. Development of accounting management systems, financial audit and transaction bases large volumes of data, development of visualization interfaces and work with transactional information.

When implementing large projects for customers related to certain types of sales and accounting, we implement subsystems of financial audit, reporting, visualization of transactional information with ample opportunities (flexible display settings, the ability to make various adjustments from the interface, functions for exporting data to various formats, etc.).

When building these subsystems, we focus on and immediately take into account the processing of large amounts of information in databases in the project, initially we set up redundancy, archiving and clustering with a "hot" standby, which allows servicing nodes without stopping the entire system.

When selecting the hardware (server) part on which the software modules are located, depending on the customer's requirements, we use the following approaches:

  • Building server capacity based on a cluster with hot spare and quorum;
  • Building a hyperconverged cluster;
  • Building server capacity in the form of main and backup (geographically remote from the main) sites with the ability to quickly switch to a backup site;
  • Placement of the backup and archiving system (to magnetic tape, to data storage systems);
  • Use only tested and reliable hardware components.

13. Development of an automated workstation for a cashier-operator of a payment collection system.

In the process of implementing a large project of the toll collection system, our employees have implemented the software for the automated workstation of the cashier-operator, which is necessary to control technological processes and to pay for travel with various tools. The main theses of the software:

  • The workstation interface is controlled by a touchscreen monitor and / or keyboard;
  • The workstation visualizes technological processes on the lane;
  • The workplace manages cash registers, ensuring cash discipline and registration of fiscal transactions;
  • The workstation combines a number of payment tools: for cash, by bank card, by contactless smart card, DSRC transponder, RFID tag, by vehicle license plate, and also provides the ability to pass special vehicles (emergency vehicles and the like);
  • The workstation has an integration interface with the system core in order to receive fares and notify about the fact of successful or unsuccessful payment.

We can offer our customers the development of workstations with touch and / or control via a keyboard / manipulator. Workplaces can be implemented to monitor and control technological processes and lines, to ensure the conduct of cash settlement operations in the field of sales, as well as for the management of processes in agriculture and in many other areas, depending on the tasks of the customer.

14. Development of software for the automatic payment acceptance system of the collection system.

Modern collection systems and payment systems are inconceivable without the use of automatic payment acceptance machines, which allow ensuring the smooth operation of payment acceptance processes, significant economic efficiency and a wide range of opportunities for use in various areas related to certain payment processes.

In the process of developing a complex of a toll collection system, our employees have created projects for payment acceptance machines and developed appropriate software that runs smoothly on payment acceptance machines on one of the federal highways (work in the "24/7" mode and with a dense traffic flow) ... The automatic payment machine has the following features:

  • Two-tier architecture that allows accepting fares from both cars and trucks;
  • Using banknote recycling processes (accepted banknotes from users can be used to dispense change);
  • Use of capacious containers for coins and banknotes (both dispensers and safes), allowing to use the machine for a long time without withdrawing proceeds and / or emptying;
  • Convenient multilingual client interface;
  • Use of vandal-resistant bank terminals and other components of the machine;
  • Convenient and functional management interface and resistance to attacks on communication lines.

We can offer our customers a full cycle of development of a payment acceptance machine (from a project to hardware and software implementation for specific customer tasks), as well as software development for a ready-made hardware solution.

15. Development of a hardware and software complex for accounting, admission and collection of payments on transport with using telematic devices RFID, DSRC (tags, transponders) .

Any modern toll collection system contains an integral part responsible for the admission and payment processes using remote technologies such as DSRC, RFID.

In the process of implementing the toll collection system, our employees have developed complexes for admitting, registering and paying for vehicles using a number of DSRC equipment (short-range radio communication, mainly used in transport) and RFID (radio frequency identification) from various global vendors. At the same time, the complexes are designed taking into account the work in the conditions of one lane and multi-lane roads and taking into account the possibility of identification at high speeds (up to about 120 km / h and above).

16. Integration of transport telematics projects with state recognition systems registration plates and video surveillance.

Our implemented projects in transport are impossible without integration with existing systems for recognizing state registration plates (GRNZ) and with video surveillance systems.

These integration solutions allow the operator of accounting systems to quickly search for vehicles by license plate, as well as access the video surveillance archive directly from the web interface of our accounting system.

In addition to the above, integration with the GRNZ recognition system is used to automatically control the route of vehicles, detect anomalies, facts of fraud and violations in fare payment.

During the implementation of our projects, we can offer our customers the supply and integration with existing systems for the recognition of GRNZ and video surveillance to solve a whole range of possible tasks related to transport, with fixing the facts of violations and fraud.


17. Development of our own design and working documentation for hardware and software complexes of the toll collection system in transport, manufacturing of automation units, climatic cabinets, installation and commissioning works at automation facilities.

As we said above, our employees have implemented a full cycle toll collection system for transport - this process also includes the development of design and working documentation for the complexes being developed, development of prototype units of the complex, development of serial units (technological and climatic cabinets, assembly of units in cabinets, automatic payment machines, auxiliary structures and units).
